This Thursday, I am so thankful for some sweet friends who had us over for lunch today...along with some good fellowship and fun playtime for the kids. For lunch, the kids had "pigs-in-a-blanket", and the grown-ups had Caribbean Jerk Chicken with corn and black bean salsa. YUMMY! Since I asked for the recipe, I will be making this yumminess very soon here in my own kitchen...
