We started our weekend on Friday by going to "Amish Country". We always enjoy our time away, and here are a few pictures of the countryside. We enjoyed driving down back roads and just seeing where they led...We saw so many beautiful farms!
On Sunday, we celebrated America's birthday at church with a nice patriotic service. Then home for a quick lunch, then an early PM service, then out to Grandma and Grandpa's house for a picnic. We enjoyed some good food, good fellowship, and then some good fireworks in a neighboring town.

I enjoyed the extended weekend enjoying the GREAT Freedoms that we as Americans have – Freedom to worship, Freedom to roam amongst the countryside, Freedom to eat ‘yummy’ food (Oh – too much food)….etc. at our own will! I especially enjoyed the extra family time!
