Isaiah 55:8-9
For my thoughts are not your thoughts,
neither are your ways my ways,
saith the LORD.
For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
so are my ways higher than your ways,
and my thoughts than your thoughts.
Jeremiah 29:11~
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD,
thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
This morning, I'm remembering my nephew, Darrell. Five years ago today, Darrell, 14, went home to Heaven, far sooner than any of us ever dreamed he would. While our hearts still hurt, and while we still sometimes wonder what God is doing, we know that he is with Jesus~not because he was a good boy, not because his parents had surrendered to go to the mission field, not because he was kind, and not because he loved his family...
Darrell is in Heaven today because he
knew Jesus as his personal Savior!
Do you know where you would go if you died today?
Just for you, William and Bev~
We love you and are praying for you!

He was a special boy and fun to be around. You have captured some of my favorite pictures of him and the family together. He did always seem to enjoy playing with “R” which meant a lot to me.
I hope you have a great day!
Love,
“Hubbie”
I am so sorry about your loss, but am so glad to know He accepted Christ as his Savior. Won't Heaven be such a glorious reunion? I long for it now more than ever. And I long for others to be there on that great reunion day!
Thank you (and your husband) for you sweet words about the decorations. It was my pleasure! You have been such a constant encouragement to me and ultimately my family as I share your words of encouragement. I praise God that you found me in this wide blogging world. But you know I don't believe in coincidences=)...
Have a great rest of the week, Donna. I don't get on the computer much during the summer, but I will continue to peek in here.
Blessings, Karen
