April 19th

For today, Monday, April 19, 2010~

Outside my window...the sun is shining, and our temps are to reach the 60's today!

I am hearing...the furnace and refrigerator

I am thinking...about a sweet friend, Diane, who went home to Heaven on Friday...she's seen her daddy who just went to Heaven in December, she's seen the Apostle Peter, Apostle Paul, my nephew, Darrell, and most importantly, she's seen her Lord and Savior!

I am thankful...that she had a clear testimony of knowing Jesus as her personal Savior

I am praying...for her husband, Darrin...they were married for ten months

I am remembering...the fun times we had with Diane's family as we were growing up (just going over to her family's house and having snacks, talking, playing out in the yard, or her family coming over to our house...)

I am hoping...that you will keep reading this post! :)

On my mind...is my brother and his family

Noticing that...the pollen around this area is really affecting people this year (more than normal)

I am creating...some clean laundry :)

Pondering these words..."When you can't trace His hand...trust His heart..."

From the kitchen...trying to stick to the diet, so no sweet stuff around here!

Around the house...is clutter from the weekend that needs to be put away

One of my favorite things...is talking to my best friend, my soulmate, my Hubbie

A few plans for the rest of the week...spending time with family today
HOA meeting on Tuesday
church on Wednesday
special revival meetings Friday through Sunday
Diane's service on Saturday

From my picture journal...
Library fun last week

Thank you for stopping by today. I hope you have a great day...and if you think of it, would you please pray for Diane's family? Thank you, sweet friends!

Praying for Diane's family and your family this week. Enjoying the blessing that I have in you and our family.

Hope to enjoy time with you all today, maybe tomorrow, maybe the next day, maybe... I enjoy the time, but prefer to take my vacation time at my request not because of contract issues. Eitherway we can make great use of the time! I am enjoying it!

Love,
"Hubbie"

Oh, how tragic for your friend's family and for you. These things makes me want Jesus to come soon. Such sadness, but glad she is in heaven. I will remember them this week.

How is your mom healing? I was thinking about her today.

Certainly will be praying for your Diane's family. Can you imagine literally sitting and "chatting" with Peter and Paul?? (and, or course, seeing Jesus!) Really too much to comprehend - but its for real!

Donna, I'm so sorry to hear about your friend's passing... Rejoicing with you, however, that she is face to face with her Savior! (As the words to the song say, "I can only imagine what it will be like...") Praying you have a blessed week, my friend! :-)

I'm so sorry to hear about your friend Donna. I've been out of town for four days and a bit out of the loop! Glad to know she was a Christian and is now in that sweet heavenly place!
